From Brave to Braver to Bravest - this year's conference will be hosted by TV Presenter and Disability Rights Activist, Sophie Morgan.

Sophie is the ultimate agent for change, she fronts Channel 4’s live coverage of all para-sport whilst making award-winning consumer and current affairs documentaries. She is an ambassador for several international brands, a patron of disability and human rights charities and is a consultant for several major retailers working to improve disability inclusion. She is also currently embarking on one of her goals, to be the first disabled woman to cross the world on a motorbike.
