Expert in loyalty and CRM, brand and marketing strategy, planning and implementation, performance marketing, marketing operations and digital marketing. Designed, developed and delivered loyalty programmes for Shell, Sainsbury's, B&Q, Homebase, Selfridges and Hammerson and led loyalty strategy for Barclays.
